Went to see my Chiropractor a few days ago for the 3rd time since my lower back pain started. He did the usual thing where I lie on my side and he bends over me and twists my back so it cracks loudly. This time it seemed louder than usual. I now feel quite sore and more uncomfortable than before I went to see him the 3rd time. Is it possible he could have “cracked” my back too hard/much and done some damage?
