I went to a chiropractor today and had my neck and upper back adjusted. Before I went I couldn’t turn my head at all, and now I can, but when I do, I get severe pain in my left shoulder. Is this pain because of the treatment, or do I need to go back and see the chiropractor again?

I am currently a sophomore in a nursing program and am thinking of becoming a chiropractor someday in the future. What classes should I add to my schedule to get ready for chiropractor school? also, how many years of school will I need after I graduate?
I’m feeling a little lightheaded and this is my first chiropractic treatment. Is it safe to exercise?
