Report: Man killed in head-on crash was suicidal days before
(WHAS11) - Jeffersontown Police say that just days before a deadly crash near Charlestown, Indiana 40-year-old Troy Anderson, a chiropractor, had been in a confrontation with police at his office on Ruckriegel Parkway.
