		<description>I bought the reformer at around the same time as the other pieces of equipment.  It&#039;s a Stamina 4500 (Amazon - $219 shipped).  It was an excellent investment.  I use it every day and it really makes a difference.</description>

		<description>It&#039;s very good for abs.  The booklet that comes with this reformer says there are over 4000 different exercises you can do with it.  I don&#039;t know about that. But most of the exercises I do are focused on abs.  Also leg/trunk stretches for my back..</description>
